About the Speaker

Dr. Nguyen Khanh Trung is IRED’s Full-time Researcher.  Dr. Nguyen’s research interests focus on a wide array of education issues in Vietnam.  Many of his articles and papers have been published in international social science journals and presented in local and international conferences in Vietnam and abroad.

Most recently, Dr. Nguyen has conducted research on roles of key actors at public primary schools in Vietnam and Finland.  His study was published in a book entitled “Education of Vietnam and Finland – a Comparative Study on Roles of Actors at Two Public Schools” by Social Science Publisher in April 2015.

This seminar is aimed to present the findings of his research published in this book.
